The London Migration Film Festival (LMFF) will hold its fourth annual edition from 28 November-4 December 2019.
The aim of LMFF is to challenge the rhetoric on migration that often frames migrants in binaries, as enemies or victims. In 2018 LMFF contained 30 films, 21 events, three workshops, panel discussions, comedy, theatre, music, and more.
The festival is currently accepting submissions for both feature and short films.
The normal submission deadline is 31 June, with a late deadline at 15 July.
Films may be documentaries, fiction or somewhere in between, but must examine human migration in some form or contain it as a theme. They welcome films that were made by and star refugees & migrants.
