Welcome Cinema presents La La Land
Amnesty International Human Rights Action Centre 25 New Inn Yard London EC2A 3EA
Join Welcome cinema for their latest monthly screening and supper club.
A jazz pianist falls for an aspiring actress in Los Angeles in this modern musical classic.
‘Audacious, retro, funny and heartfelt, La La Land is the latest great musical for people who don’t like musicals – and will slap a mile-wide smile across the most miserable of faces.’ Empire
The Cherry Blossoms will be performing live after the screening. A group of internationally diverse dance students from Roehampton University will perform an excerpt from the thesis work of Kali Allen exploring the topic of fear. Kali Allen will be sharing their short film AWAKE, an artistic response to the Women’s March on Washington and Sister Marches held around the world on the 21st of January 2017.
Our infamous supper club menu will soon be released by the wonderful Welcome Kitchen Team. I will send that round to wet your appetites as soon as it is confirmed.
Tickets for this event always go fast. We like to give priority to our returning guests which is you! It’s so wonderful to see familiar faces each month. So let us know and we will put you down.
