Aron Cuga

South East

Czech rapper Aron Cuga, or Azza as he's known in the hip hop world, has lived in Margate since he was 7 years old.

Azza has a baby daughter and is continuing his education through a local apprenticeship. He uses his life in the UK, his daughter and the life he hopes for his family as inspiration for his writing.

Azza has previously performed at the Turner Centre, the Love Music Hate Racism festival and the Triangle Awards at Margate's legendary Winter Gardens. His latest track 'Find a Solution' written in collaboration with a group of young people in Margate will soon feature on an ITV Fixers news item to accompany a broadcast feature about positive activities for young people.

Through a long term relationship with his local youth centre, the Quarterdeck, Azza has also had the opportunity to share his music skills with other young people.

Azza is well known in his home town and is popular with his audiences. He is currently making plans for a studio session to professionally record some of his own tracks, and is keen to take some further performance opportunities.
